Job Description

We are a team of highly motivated, experienced and agile thinkers, who are looking for the right person to join us as the Rack Scale Design Technical Undergraduate Intern to take on the responsibility of Technical Program Management under the Rack Scale Design umbrella.

Rack Scale Design represents the next generation of data center design where resources are dis-aggregated and pooled based on workload needs. It dramatically improves a customer's flexibility to 'right size' their infrastructure based of the specific performance and capacity requirements across a pooled share of resources.

Rack Scale Design is path-finding and ground breaking new methodologies and approaches to doing business. We are housed within Data Center Solutions Group that is tasked with reinventing the data center of the future.

Responsibilities:Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

-Collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders from architects to business executives

-Project management and research activities to support RSD business

-Create websites and tools to increase efficiency of business processes, including creation of and management of SharePoint

-Contributing to market analysis in collaboration with internal stakeholders

-Support team by helping to manager, taking meeting notes and ensuring follow up

-Help to create technical content for the team and partners

-Build social media presence of team leaders

-Assist team with events and conferences

-Use data to drive problem resolution-Execute with urgency


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum requirements:

  • Working towards a BS in an engineering or Business related field-Program Management or similar experience.
  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.
  • Minimum 3 months of experience with:
    • Product Management and Engineering teams Mixed circuit design
    • High level project/program/platform management experience
    • Research and analysis skills
    • Microsoft Office Package.
