Job Description

A Software and Firmware Summer Intern for Crystal Ridge memory validation, test automation and software stack continuous integration.  Develop test plans, test contents and implement the full automate for this extremely sophisticated and advanced memory technology.  Triage and debug all software and hardware issues during test execution and work with architects, developers and other key stakeholders for solutions.       

An ideal candidate would exhibit behavioral traits that indicate you are self-motivated, self-driven, have passion for validation and software engineering


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.  Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.  Experience would be obtained through internships or academic coursework.

Minimum Qualifications

You must possess a Master degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Minimum of 6  months of experience:

  • Software Engineering.
  • Experience in C/C++ programming and/or C/Java programming

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Python and other scripting languages
  • Experience in low level kernel and OS subsystems
  • Experience in multithreaded environment such as Linux and ThreadX or other RTOS
  • Experience with Intel architecture and/or micro-architecture with knowledge of processor, chipset, memory, I/O-subsystems, and bus protocols
  • Experience creating test automation
  • Hands on experience with hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with Intel firmware
