Job Description

Must be a strong process engineering tool owner to lead task forces and partner/mentor with other engineers and integration on equipment/process interactions. Sustaining includes all safety, quality, cost, and velocity metrics on PCSA, EP, and IMT defect ownership.

The candidate must possess high tolerance of ambiguity. Possess demonstrated tool recipe/process development and DOE skills. A key understanding of RF and DC Plasma physics will aide the successful candidate in their daily job duties. The job also includes developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and model based problem solving tools as well as developing strategies to prevent problems from recurring in future.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
  • Must be able to work modified shifts as needed to support Intel business needs.
  • Permanent right to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to apply MBPS to troubleshoot and resolve complex process or defect issues.
  • Experience with design of experiments DOE principles.
  • Experience in data analysis. EXamples include: JMP, SQL pathfinder.
  • Demonstrated ability to support manufacturing technicians and interact with on-site vendor field service engineering.
