Come and join us! Intel is seeking highly qualified candidates to join our Data Center Group DCG team as a Senior Memory Architect!

As a senior Memory architect with the Extreme Scale Computing team you will be on the leading edge of compute innovation and design. We are looking for an individual to help define/innovate new memory solutions specific to the advanced program needs with a strong understanding of memory technology from electricals to protocol/scheduling.

In this position you will gain invaluable experience which will allow growth and expanded opportunities within this business group as well as future possible opportunities with other business groups within Intel.

This position involves work on a U.S. Government contract which may impose certain security requirements:

- If you are a U.S. citizen, the government may require that you certify that you are a U.S. citizen.

- If you are not a U.S. citizen, the government may require you to pass a security check before you can be approved to work on the project.



You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with:
  • Memory IP/system design and architecture.
  • Key memory technologies from protocol to electricals DDR4/5, LPDD4/5, HBM, GDDR SOC integration of memory IP

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on/detailed understanding of memory controller development/architecture. Experience with simulation/analysis of scalable memory systems towards power/performance analysis.
  • Post-SI memory system/component validation experience a plus.
  • IP vendor engagement experience internal or external with memory IP.
