Job Description

Project analyst Intern will be part of the project development team in the Wireless Connectivity department. Intern is expected to take responsibility for deploying and maintaining planning, scheduling, risk management processes, systems, and tools for the project as well as developing metrics to track and analyze project performance.

Intern should gather data, build schedules and track progress using different scheduling tools and provide indicators and status to management. The job might require work with customers in Israel and India. As a Project Analyst, you will manage the delivery of best-in-class software projects on Intel Architecture IA for Intel BT communication devices.

This position requires a combination of strong project management skills, technical awareness and the ability to drive multi geo multi-disciplined individuals and teams to achieve results.

The successful candidate will require skill in estimation, planning, scheduling, execution to agreed requirements and excellent Risk Management. Additionally the environment will require highly-developed communications skills,  adaptability and prepared to embrace change,

The position is based in Hillsboro, Oregon as a member of a talented Validation Engineering Team.


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations, Technology Management or  other related field.
  • Must have Permanent Right To Work in the US.
  • Minimum of 3 months experience with agile project development methodology and waterfall methods.
  • MS Project and in depth knowledge of Excel and Power Point.

Preferred Qualifications

-Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, multitasking, organized, good analytical skill or other related discipline

-Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others in pursuit of solutions can do attitude

-Ability to drive a diverse multi-site/geo team and manage direct relationships with key project stakeholders

-Some Experience in project management of software projects from concept through to customer delivery desired

-Experience in software development and/or hardware driver development
