Solid State Drive Business Analyst

The Business Analyst/Supply Chain Analyst would be a member of Intel's Non Volatile Memory Solutions Group NSG, Business Operation team. They would be responsible for managing the supply chain network that produces Solid State Drives for Intel. Analysts are responsible for understanding customer demand and work closely with cross functional teams to develop revenue forecast, customer supply commitments and build plan strategies. Perform supply-demand analysis and highlight gaps and recovery plans as necessary. Work on process improvement projects to make planning more efficient and lean.

Responsibilities may be quite diverse in a technical nature and will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the role, U.S. experience and education requirements.

This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.


Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related.
  • 1+ years of industry experience in Supply Chain Planning such as inventory tracking, product planning, or other business operations related positions.
  • At a Bachelor's level, you must have unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of project management, organization, analytical supply/demand analysis, communication, detail orientation.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast -moving environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel is highly desirable and required for the job.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or other Planning/MRP systems would be an advantage.

Non-Volatile Solutions Memory Group:  The Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is a worldwide organization that delivers NAND flash memory products for use in Solid State Drives (SSDs), portable memory storage devices, digital camera memory cards, and other devices.  The group is responsible for NVM technology design and development, complete Solid State Drive (SSD) system hardware and firmware development, as well as wafer and SSD manufacturing.
