Quality Conformance Enforcer

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure that our critical business processes are properly documented, reassessed periodically and maintained in our Document Control System by closely assisting the document owners.
  • Manage documents of external origin e.g. industry standards, customer specifications.
  • Monitor and report the performance of our document and material control processes.
  • Manage the logistics of our internal and external Quality Management System audits.
  • Coordinate the tactical tasks, meetings and action item follow-ups of our top projects e.g. conformance transition to Automotive Quality IATF 16949, integration with Intel Document Control processes.
  • Support our Quality training programs by maintaining our Quality Toolbox, managing the logistics of our classes, managing our feedback surveys.
  • Ensure conformance and performance of our critical business processes through value-added audits
  • Manage our internal Quality website.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.
 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Quality Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any other related field of study.
  • At a Bachelor's level the candidate must have unrestricted right to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Quality assurance processes and tools e.g. SIPOC, LEAN, FMEA, 8D, document control.
  • Proficient in information / data collection and analysis.
  • Teaching or training experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and other Quality Assurance industry standards.
  • Prior product or business process auditing experience.
