2017 Operations Finance Manager


Key member of the management team providing business partnership and financial advice. Represents the division on financial performance and works within their business group. Partners with management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization. May have business line or domestic responsibility. Requires breadth of organizational knowledge and the ability to integrate critical information from several diverse areas. Ensure proper financial controls and business processes are in place to protect the assets of the corporation. Strong organizational development and management skills. Candidate should have 5 - 10 years of finance and accounting experience. Experience in most aspects of financial operations is required, along with proven influence and strategic thinking capabilities. An undergraduate degree in finance or accounting as well as an MBA is considered to be ideal.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

MBA in Finance, Business or Accounting or related field and 5+ years of related practical experience.
Firm grasp of financial statements and their interrelationships
Demonstrated skills utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Unrestricted legal right to work at the location you are applying for

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of the finance field with in-depth knowledge in one or more specialty areas, integrating working knowledge of other professional disciplines.
Experience with and thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work.
Technical undergraduate degree.
