Recruiter - Tallmadge, OH - JOB #7777

Salary: $25,000 to $35,000 + Incentives

Job Description:

A Recruiter is responsible for making contact with qualified candidates based on various types of Job descriptions which are acquired by our sales personnel.

Candidates are found by scouring Job Boards and other sources including our internal database.

The Recruiter will review resumes and select the candidates that appear to match the job description.

Then the Recruiter will reach out to these candidates via telephone and email. The job description will be discussed and the recruiter will determine if the candidate meets the requirements based on the questions asked and responses given. Qualified candidates will be presented to the sales manager. Once these candidates are deemed acceptable the recruiter will submit these to the Client Company.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma. Post-secondary education a plus! Looking for communication and/or resource management majors/degrees.
  • Communication skills both written and verbal. Interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic computer skills.
  • Positive Attitude, Goal Oriented, Success Driven
  • Any experience with one or more of the following: Sales, Marketing, Call Center, Help Desk, Human Resources, Office Administration, Business Management, Recruiting, Staffing and/or Permanent Placement Services.

Salary: $25,000 to $35,000 + Incentives
