Job Description

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

* Maintain the DAI/GFEBS schedule/calendar organization
* Monitor all correspondence that arrives into the Directorate via appropriate action software;
* Coordinate training for the Director, Chiefs of Operations, and all Directorate government personnel;
* Set up/coordinate meeting schedules and This includes maintaining document electronic and paper archives, as well as index files and notebooks. Additionally, provide services necessary to establish and maintain electronic and hard-copy files of correspondence, policies, procedures and other administrative office documentation in accordance with DoD Directive 5015.2, "DoD Records Management Program." conference rooms for staff;
* Monitor and refill office supplies via the DHA HIT Government Purchase Card process;
* File, track correspondence, and review correspondence.
* Prepare documents for meetings that Branch Chiefs attend or document to review/comment.
* Coordinate and arrange both Video and Audio Teleconference support as needed to support staff meetings, business meetings and training activities;
* Utilize office automation tools such as Microsoft Outlook e-mail and Schedule capability, Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or current document tracking tool, and other DHA computer tools for executing office administration and staff support for tasks;
* Prepare specific instructions, to the office occupants, on the actions to be taken in the event of an emergency.
* Develop, coordinate and practice evacuation procedures, keeping relevant Government and Contractor personnel informed of any changes to evacuation procedures;
* Report and track employee telework schedules;
* Attend and provide support documents for meetings as required.

Required:

* BS degree and 2+ years of experience
* Experience providing support to and interacting with senior government/DOD officials and external stakeholders
* Foster partnering relationships to accomplish the mission and ability to work well with all personnel internal and external to organization
* Experience using Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS); DAI/GFEBS
* US Citizenship
* Eligibility For Secret Clearance

Highly Desirable:

* DHA experience
* Ektropy experience
* Experience with DoD Records Management Program and Government Purchase Card
* Veteran-friendly
