Job Description

Job Summary
Responsible for providing executive leadership and direction to
our ICF operations in Tennessee. The Integra Resources Managing
Director is responsible for oversight of our Not for Profit
client's statewide presence in Tennessee including forty-one Group
Homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities. The annual budget exceeds $50 million and includes
more than 1,000 employees. This position reports to the
Chairman/CEO of Integra Resources and is located in Brentwood,
Tennessee. Regular travel to the markets is required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience, Master's degree preferred.
Must have a minimum of 10 years progressive leadership
responsibilities.
Must have demonstrated previous success in a direct leadership
position, proven communication and interpersonal skills, budget
management, human resources and organizational skills in health
care or social services.
