As a Supervisor of Services for Insight, you will enter a high-energy and tech savvy world. We are looking for someone who is a team player, an excellent communicator and has experience managing client engagements and mid-to-large sized teams of technical resources (engineers). If you’re a strong leader who is self-starting, a great problem-solver, and motivated, then you could be the right fit!


As a Supervisor of Services, you can expect to:


  • Multi-task. You will integrate into the client’s environment and gain institutional knowledge to drive success of service delivery, sales, practice and client objectives. You will also manage contractual expectations such as SLA adherence, scope, and customer satisfaction. Maintaining P&Ls, utilization reports, forecasting, and other operations functions will also be a part of your day to day workload.


  • Be a Leader. You will oversee the day to day operations of the Networking Team, and be a leader of large and complex service accounts. The decisions you and your team make will impact profitability, scope attainment, and/or client satisfaction.


  • Be Client Focused. You will hold internal and client-facing status meetings, monthly updates, and quarterly meetings that reports on performance, issues, and continuous improvement. To ensure client satisfaction you will work closely with the sales team to discuss business development, review current opportunities, and execute strategy.


  • Be Challenged. Your job is always evolving and complex as a Supervisor of Services. You will be meeting, interacting and building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally on the client side.


  • Go Places. You may be travelling about 5-10% of the time. Not only will this get you out of the office, but you may also be eligible for earning a travel bonus.



What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years managing and leading mid-to-large teams of technical personnel.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills to work with clients.
  • Must have strong decision making and time management skills.
  • Must be able to monitor and drive teams to perform at high levels resulting in maximum client satisfaction.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the Cisco networking field or equivalent required.  CCNA strongly preferred.
  • Must have ability to read, analyze, and interpret scopes of work.
