As a Talent & Organization Development Specialist you’ll help manage and support innovative global projects, engage teammates, and facilitate learning.


What you’ll do at Insight:

 

  • Assist in the design and/or execution of performance and talent management processes and/or programs, to possibly include but not limited to:Goal alignment and performance review processes:
    • Rewards & Recognition process
    • New hire onboarding
    • Talent Review and Succession Planning
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of leader and organizational assessments including, but not limited to:
    • Satisfaction and engagement surveys
    • Teammate engagement surveys
    • 360 degree feedback surveys
  • Responsible for the support and coordination of global projects.
  • Interface with other teams (HR Programs, Ops, training) to ensure the training-related components of the development frame-work are in place.
  • Work with the analytics team to track and analyze all Organization Development programs and processes.
  • Run and analyze reports for projects.

 

What you’ll need to join Insight:

 

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in OD or related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Excel required
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external). Strong written and verbal communications skills required
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
  • Some education/experience in instructional design, facilitation, executive coaching/interface, adult learning theory, preferred
