As a Technical Solution Executive (TSE) you’ll work with the Insight Account Executive (AE) & Services Account Executive (SAE) to manage and grow Microsoft sales opportunities within an assigned region and/or market(s).

 

What you’ll do at Insight:

  • The TSE will focus on achieving sales and profit goals through verbal and written interaction with the clients, onsite visits, account planning, partner teaming and account team engagement, as well as solution development and implementation.
  • This position leverages personal Microsoft technical knowledge as well as available internal/external organizational resources to develop and propose Microsoft solutions to clients.
  • Serve as an expert Microsoft technical resource for the AE/SAEs and Sales Specialist overlays for a catalog of solutions, including but not limited to: SharePoint, Office 365, Lync, Active Directory, Windows Server, and more.
  • The incumbent skills are directed at the technical knowledge, solution selling strategies and best practices of how to position Microsoft-specific technologies to clients.

 

What you’ll need to join Insight:

  • Three-plus years of experience in positions related to Microsoft field sales and technical solutions support.
  • Advanced level of understanding in Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred
  • Preferred: Completion of Microsoft technical/sales training & certification in relevant areas of technology, including: MCP/MCTS, MCSE, and more.
