A services process architect oversees the technical aspects of the services relationship within a specified subject matter. The process architect works to continuously improve the processes and overall delivery within their area of expertise.  In addition, the architect is responsible for insuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process of their assigned service line for new clients. Ongoing technical management occurs through review of client environment, observations reports, and engineering recommendations.  The architect is a subject matter expert and is an internal and external escalation point.

 

•Document technical environments, processes, and procedures in networking discipline

•Lead technical resource assigned for service transitions and onboarding

•Responsible for initial workflow architecture, SOP/KB creation, and transition of new network clients

•Reporting and engineering analysis for clients (new and ongoing)

•Delivery of observations reports; delivery resource for implementation of observations if appropriate

•Key participant in account review, client success, and client adoption process

•Escalation point for operations team as networking subject matter expert

•Provide content as required for service review meetings

•Drive technical initiatives to reduce manual effort within clients and drive automation/workflow activities

•Drive efficiency and enhanced service offerings within area of expertise

•Proactively update operations team about changes or improvements that may occur in client environments or within service line

•Monitoring reporting, SLAs, and KPIs within assigned area of expertise (networking)

•Prevent issues before they arise with proactive planning, regularly scheduled reviews, case reviews, and KPI reviews

•Problem management

•CCNP Route/Switch preferred

•5-7+ years networking engineer/Cisco route/switch experience

  • Not be under a disciplinary evaluation or suspension period;
