<span 10pt="" style="font-family:;">As a Call Center Supervisor , you will be responsible for working with Operational leadership to develop and implement plans for service delivery in support of client and organizational KPI’s.
• The individual we are seeking must have an amazing attitude and leadership qualities
• We are looking for someone to be a mentor to a team of 17 people who are responders, dispatchers, coordinators and some technical Help Desk.
• The hours will vary from 1st shift to second shift and report directly up to the Call Center Manager

<span 10pt="" style="font-family:;">Responsibilities:
Planning & Controlling
• Provides input and recommendations to and/or formulates plans. Takes direction from leadership to implement those plans
• As directed, implement technology solutions that meet departmental needs
• Helps establish budgetary goals, and provides input towards priorities. May assist in development of IT operations budget
• Participates in the establishment of technology policies and practices and implements them to ensure security and regulatory compliance
Relationship Management
• Represents the Call Center in meetings related to IT policies on projects and procedures across the organization
• Adheres to internal service level agreements
• Promotes a culture of excellent customer service
• Maintains relationships with department managers to better understand their needs and address organizational goals
• Maintains relationships with technology vendors for the department
Project/Product Responsibility
• As necessary actively participate in group’s delivery of services
• Monitor progress of project activity and consult with participants. Provides updates to Senior Leadership
