As a Services Tech, you’ll work in a dynamic environment supporting our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills and continue to learn new ones all while having fun.

 

What you’ll do at Insight:

  • clients in person and over the phone
  • end user desktop issues with Mac/Windows and printer technology
  • fixed assets and inventory
  • and set up new users, including imaging, new hardware

     

    What you’ll need to join Insight:

  • Education requirements and 2 minimum year experience.
  • Experience in LANs, WANs, Personal Computers (Mac and Windows), messaging and server software applications
  • Understanding of large account environments and protocol required.
  • Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills. Able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
