Job Description

INRIX Parking is looking for a new member of the Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be supporting the team by tackling tickets and calls ranging from changing reservation times to troubleshooting potential bugs with our apps.


Detail oriented - we'll be working with a lot of map data so we need someone with a good eye for catching the slightest errors

* Technical - you have a knack for picking up on new tooling and patterns
* Local candidates preferred
* 50 WPM
* BA/BS preferred

Your tasks will include:

* Taking calls to resolve customer issues
* Answering direct emails and ZenDesk tickets to resolve or report customer issues
* Troubleshooting and creating tickets for potential bugs with our website and app
* Regularly testing the features on our website and app
* Documenting changes in protocol and new scenarios using JIRA and Confluence


* Customer service/support experience
* ZenDesk experience
* Google Maps and Google Sheets experience

This is an entry-level temporary position with the potential to become full-time.
