Our 12-week summer internprogram offers candidates working toward their Master's in HR exposure to avariety of specialization and generalist assignments, including TalentManagement, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Operational Excellence,Organizational Development and Manufacturing & Sector/Corporate level Generalistassignments.

As wehire the majority of our full time positions through our intern & co-optalent, successful candidates will have an opportunity to interview forfull-time positions with our post-graduate career tracks in the AcceleratedDevelopment Program, a leadership rotational program designed for HumanResources candidates among other functions. The program, designed to cultivatethe future leaders of the HR community within our organization consists of two12-month project-based assignments with a potential opportunity for anadditional 6-month cross-functional experience. These assignments arestrategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development.Program participants roll-off the program intoaccelerated leadership roles/paths.

Requirements:

* Overall 3.0 GPA or above
* Pursuing a MS degree in Human Resources, LaborRelations field or MBA with HR concentration
* Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of two bygraduation examples such as - school club officer, sports team captain,resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects)
* Work experiences (minimum of 2 years previous corporatework experience plus two functionally related internships or six months ofHR experience)

About Ingersoll Rand

Thermo King's Bronze Program provides you with coverage for interim inspections and preventive maintenance services for 3 years on trailer and 2 years on truck refrigeration units. Bronze Program Includes: Coverage for Interim Inspections and Preventive Maintenance New Trailer and SB Classic units receive 2 Interim Inspections and 1 Preventive Maintenance Service for 3 years up to a maximum of 6,000 hours. Self-Powered Truck units receive 1 Interim Inspection and 1 Preventive Maintenance Service for 2 years/4,000 hours and Vehicle-Powered Truck units receive 2 Interim Inspections for 2 years.
