Job Description

This is a unique opportunity at Infoblox for a recent college graduate to join a market leader as a Cyber Intelligence Analyst. This position will be a hands on opportunity in the office of the CTO where you can immediately contribute to the success of the company, gain new knowledge and hone current skillsets. The security sector in the office of the CTO specializes in protecting the integrity of data in governments and multinational corporations. * Triage and respond to incidents or requests for analysis from designated customers or escalations received from other teams
* Hunt for new network attacks and perform behavioral malware analysis
* Utilize Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), internally generated intelligence, and other sources to compile and analyzes campaigns, methods, objectives, tactics, and techniques
* Maintain and communicate an understanding of the current threat landscape, events in the internet, and cyber security industry
* Develop actionable information in the form of technical indicators, reports, lists, rules, signatures, or indicators and warnings

Preferred Skills/Experience:

* Experience with cyber intelligence, incident response, malware analysis, and forensics; or hands on experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC)
* Able to perform malware analysis, host and network forensics
* Understand intelligence cycles and analytic processes
* Understand network protocols and perform traffic analysis
* Familiar with use and administration of Apple Macintosh, Linux, and Microsoft Windows operating systems and common applications
* Familiar with scripting and programing to improve automation and efficiency
* Possess an understanding of security issues across platforms and the ability to develop deep understanding of attacker methods and objectives


* B.S. in CS, CE or EE is required
* Master's and/or PhD preferred
