Salary Range: $37,223 to $53,773 / Per Year Open Period: 11/7/2018 to 11/21/2018 Summary: To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. For positions requiring positive education requirements, or if you are using education to meet all or part of the qualification requirements, you MUST submit a copy of your transcripts or an itemized list of college courses which includes equivalent information from the transcript (course title, semester/quarter hours, and grade/degree earned) in your resume. Proficiency Requirement: Incumbent must be able to type 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors. Minimum Qualifications: Administrative Support Assistant, GS-0303-06 1 year of specialized experience that equipped me with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. This experience is related to the work of the position and equivalent to at least the GS-06 level in the Federal service as described in the vacancy announcement. Examples include: serves as receptionist, makes travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, maintains files and logs to ensure deadlines are met. Minimum Qualifications: Administrative Support Assistant, GS-0303-07 1 year of specialized experience that equipped me with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. This experience is related to the work of the position and equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal service as described in the vacancy announcement. Examples include: Experience conducting pre-employment requirements to ensure compliance with guidelines by use of various software applications including background investigations, fingerprinting and ID cards (PIVs), applies adherence to policies, procedures, or records by establishes priorities and sensitivities or the organization through supervisor and outside contacts, ensures personnel performance policies are adhered to by submitting documents to supervisors, and submission of reports.
