One (1) permanent full-time Chief of Emergency Medicine. This position serves as the Chief of Emergency Medicine for the Emergency Department (ED) of the Phoenix Indian medical Center, Phoenix, Az. Directly supervises employees in the Emergency Department. Advises employees on performance requirements, disciplinary actions, staff development and training needs. Maintains quality improvement programs, and ensures policies and procedures are updated. This position reports to the Director of Professional Services.This vacancy will be filled through OPM's Direct Hire Authority.
