Job Description

Summary:

 

The Senior Commercial Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical insight to ensure business partner success. This role will work closely with the AMR Commercial organization to support reporting solutions. The analyst will work across the organization to ensure commercial processes support data integrity across systems. Additionally, the Sr. Comm Ops Analyst will develop and administer training designed to ensure adoption of new reporting solutions.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience working with Tableau
  • B.A. or B.S., and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
  • Background supporting various business partners with a focus on analytics
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high demand environment, with outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build relationships and act as a business partner to the broader AMR Service and Support team
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards, ensuring management has access to key data required to successfully manage the business
  • Advise business partners on how to best leverage reporting to drive actionable insights
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics
  • Prepare advanced analyses to help identify and communicate trends and drivers to the business
  • Effectively and concisely communicates complex topics
  • Improve key processes to support data integrity required for business analysis
  • Self-guided in identification, prioritization, and execution of deliverables
  • Act as a subject matter expert on larger projects relating to process improvement and/or system implementation
  • Drive adoption of new commercial resources through end-user education, training, and on-boarding
  • Performs other duties as required
