Job Summary:

Digital Sales Strategist provides support, outreach and expertise for the continued expansion of Digital Sales initiatives and opportunities for the iHeartMedia Chicago Region (WGCI-FM, WVAZ-FM/V103, 103.5 KISS FM, Inspiration 1390, 93.9 LITE FM and BIG 95.5).

Job Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate digital sales opportunities, while working creatively with other sales reps within the region.
* Consistently driving game-changing results. This individual knows how to identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using digital concepts.
* Create and package client proposals incorporating digital, streaming, and integrated elements.
* Work in conjunction with sales people to evaluate specific client needs and package digital elements appropriately, for both existing and potential accounts.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing top quality service.
* Analyze market trends to drive case studies and business strategy as well as campaign summaries.
* Deliver in-market support to sales management through active involvement on strategic client calls and presentations.
* Able to multi-task with a high degree of time management and organizational skills.
* Capable of looking ahead and managing client needs with precision planning and anticipation.


* Ability to sell comprehensive marketing solutions leveraging multiple products including display, mobile, e-mail, video, social and programmatic.
* Proficiency in managing sophisticated advertising programs and delivery methodologies.
* Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, have a positive attitude and be an effective communicator.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
* Position requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent organizational/time management skills.
* Requires valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation.

Work Experience:

* Minimum of 3 years of Digital Advertising experience.


* College degree preferred
