Temporary Global Enrollment Management Assistant

Status: Temporary full-time, non-exempt

Schedule: 12 weeks, M-F, 8.30a.m. 4.30p.m Central Time

Reports to: Lead GEM Specialist

Direct reports: None

Start date: ASAP

Location: Chicago, IL

Job responsibilities:

* Review high volume of online admissions and pre-departure forms using IES Abroad's online database systems
* Assist GEM Specialists with daily tasks such as processing mail and sorting documents
* Download relevant reports for GEM Specialists
* Provide support for data audits
* Responsible for any other task or duty as assigned

Experience & Qualifications/Skills:

* Minimum one year of administrative and/or systems experience
* Strong attention to detail with the capacity to maintain accurate records
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines
* Basic Microsoft Office application skills required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education Licenses and/or Certifications etc.:

* High School diploma required
* Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred

The IES Dublin Direct Enrollment Program offers students the opportunity to truly integrate into Irish academic life.
