Job Description

IDEXX is looking for a motivated and task-oriented Education and Training Intern to join our Customer & Technical Support Training Team. This team focuses on the training and development of our Customer Support teams to ensure employees are providing the best experience to IDEXX customers.

This is a great opportunity for a business major with an interest in education or an education major with an interest in corporate learning and training.

During the internship, you will assist with two projects focused on our new Learning Management System (LMS).

Duties and Tasks will include:

* Template creation and documentation of protocols for building new courses in the LMS
* Develop guides on how to build lessons and courses to ensure the team is as accurate and efficient as possible.
* Compile a comprehensive Course Catalog of all training classes
