Job Description

COMPUTER/IT Staff Software Engineer, San Jose, CA. Test
methodologies & create test plans. Perform system test ing, bug
tracking, & report generation. Test board level architecture
design. Apply networking protocols principles, theories & field
concepts. Perform board-level unit & integration testing. Debug
problems. Utilize: L2 Switching protocols (VLAN, STP, MSTP, RSTP,
LACP, trunking), Layer 3 Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), Languages
(TCL, iTCL, Perl, C, C++), & Traffic tools (IXIA, Spirent,
Smartbits, Agilent Test Equipment). Req's: Master's dgr. (Employer
will accept a Bachelor's dgr. & 5 yrs. of prog. Exp. in lieu of
a Master's dgr.) in Telecommunication Eng., Eng., C.S. or related
& 1 yr. of exp. as a Hardware Engineer or related. Send resumes
