Job Description

Designer, IBM Corporation, Austin, TX: Utilize Design Thinking for facilitation, program design, enablement and activation experiences, delivery, user experience design, and visual design. Design and facilitate Design Thinking workshops with top clients. Lead Design Thinking practices for the cloud organization. Create programming to adopt Design Thinking for all parts of the cloud organization. Conduct user research. Define core user needs and problem statements. Deliver design solutions with Agile. Utilize domain research, user research, interaction design, information architecture, project management, user-centered design, and tracking and measurement. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or related and two (2) years of experience as a Designer or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing domain research, user research, interaction design, information architecture, project management, user-centered design, and tracking and measurement.
