Advisory Software Engineer, IBM Corporation, Littleton, MA: 

Execute software functional, system, regression, and performance testing. Create comprehensive test plans with well defined, reusable test cases from business requirements and functional specifications documents. Record and maintain automated test script libraries for functional regression testing. Document software defects| in issues tracking system. Participate in business requirements and functional specifications review. Facilitate scheduling to ensure efficient and effective product testing. Identify and report risks to project schedule and product quality. Propose methods to control or mitigate risks. Generate status and progress reports. Utilize Guardium, Java, Agile, Scrum, automation, data security, databases, operating system, programming, and test methodology. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related (employer ill accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as an Advisory Software Engineer Software Testing Engineer, or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Guardium, Java, Agile, Scrum, automation, data security, databases, operating system, programming, and test methodology.
