Provides support services to all HR departments. Conducts analysis and evaluation of HR programs and services, and provides recommendations to HR leadership team. Advises and assists management and employees on employee issues and concerns through communicating, interpreting and recommending appropriate use of human resource policies and procedures, and services and programs offered by Huntington Hospital. Bachelor's Degree with an advanced degree or specialized training in human resources, business administration preferred. A minimum of 5 years of human resource experience in a large organization (1000+ employees) Hospital experience is a plus. Demonstrated success working independently, creating and maintaining relationships, and managing multiple tasks with little direction, while being a team member. Strong computer skills - Microsoft Suite or equivalent. Demonstrates strong written and verbal skills
