Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning, design and monitoring of the technical and functional implementation of global Omnichannel projects
  • During the entire planning and implementation phase, up to the point of successful release, your role is to be the communication interface between multidiciplinary teams, made up of external partners, the contact person responsible at our subsidiaries and internal colleagues
  • You will be responsible for continuously monitoring the progress of the project (including timing, budget, quality, risks and reporting)
  • You are aware of data protection laws as part of global project management your daily routine
  • Besides project and process documentation, you are also responsible for the coordination and implementation of international trainings to introduce the CRM Omnichannel concepts to the own retail


Required qualifications:

  • A degree in business economics or communications/information science, focusing on marketing, international management or a comparable marketing-related education
  • Several years of experience in the management of complex or parallel projects and multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams
  • An excellent international knowledge of retail and e-commerce, including distinct customer orientation, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle/luxury industry
  • Good analytical skills, network and conceptual thinking for integration of interfaces and methodically structured project work
  • Excellent MS Office skills, English to negotiation level, experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM an advantage
  • Solution-oriented thinking and actions
  • Your strengths include a professional appearance, communication and organizational skills, as well as personal initiative and assertiveness
