Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting the retail and wholesale marketing department across multiple categories and accounts. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining the larger marketing and PR calendar, and seasonal recaps of all activities. She will be the lead person for all retail grassroots events in stores, and communication contact with store associates.


Key responsibilities:

Department Administrative

  • Responsible for updating marketing calendar on a monthly basis and sending out to larger organization
  • Update the TY/LY Promotional Marketing calendar on a monthly basis
  • Work on all trade marketing presentations
  • Develop all quarterly marketing recaps for AG and internal US associates
  • Coding of all invoices and tracking of budget

 

Retail

  • Own grassroots events
  • Point of contact with all GM’s and execute all requests that go through manager

 

Lease Advertising

  • Manage and be point of contact with all mall marketing departments.
  • Meet and develop new mall based marketing opportunities

 

Factory Outlets

  • Handle execution of all email marketing programs for factory outlets

 

Wholesale

  • Execute and produce in cooperation with PR events department,, all wholesale conclave events
  • Manage wholesale partner store events and promotions
  • Execute all selected product looks, with wholesale team and partners

 

CRM

  • Work with buying team to ensure we feature all appropriate bought looks from our sales team in our mailers
  • Help execute any print mailer programs, by providing creative assets/files to printer

 

Sports Marketing

  • Help execute any sports marketing programs locally, including Sailing, and  F1


Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail marketing, and wholesale marketing
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be able to work independently/take initiative and challenge the existing operations when necessary
  • Must have excellent communication skills and work in a fast paced environment
