Work with the teams within the Architecture & Engineering, Solutions Development, or Service and Vender Management teams to assist with opportunities to improve the technical and operational maturity of the organization. Will need to work closely with the management team and technical resources to understand the technical and vendor ecosystem that supports HUB and how they are used within the company organize this information into tasks and functional documentation that will improve IT's ability to support the business team.

Major Responsibilities:

* Interview and work with team members to understand the applications, infrastructure components, and vendors that are critical to the company.
* Assist with company cloud initiatives in AWS and Azure
* Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various IT-related projects.
* Formulate the information gathered into functional documentation as needed.
* Present findings to the management team.
* Apply research techniques and analytical methods to the study of administrative systems, organizational structures, policies and procedures
* Conduct special studies in conjunction with a project, analyze data and make recommendations based upon the findings.
* Responsible for project assignments, research and analysis.
* Prepare project reports, progress summaries, statistical analysis and related data.
* Analyze, generate and maintain records and other reference material necessary for departmental use.


* Must be willing to work 37.5 hours per week, for up to 3 months, during normal business hours; can be flexible with scheduling
* Must currently be enrolled in a degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university and maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA (3.5 GPA for graduate students)
* Seeking a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or similar field
* Must be comfortable working with proprietary information and be able to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work with large data sets
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
* Project Management skills
* Very well organized
* Self-sustaining

Preferred Qualifications:

* High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize is required
* High level of computer proficiency
* High level understanding of scripting and development concepts
* Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
* The ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
* Willingness to take initiative and make decisions.
* An aptitude for problem solving; strong writing and verbal communication skills
* Prior internship experience preferred
* Strong oral and written communication skills
