THE OPPORTUNITY:

In this client-facing role, you will ensure the clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You will facilitate positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff and act as the point-of-contact for larger, more complex accounts.

* Manages the entire account-service process
* Manages the marketing process to select carriers
* Participates in client meetings with Producers
* Presents renewal proposals to clients
* Responds to / resolves escalated client issues
* Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy with the account manager

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

* high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
* 10+ years of related commercial insurance experience (large accounts) - private equity experience preferred
* Currently licensed and in good standing
* Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
* Demonstrated presentation skills
* Computer proficient (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook)
