Be part of the engineering team and help them to achieve goals and support them in their daily agenda - product development, product launch etc.

Join the Operational Excellence team within the Honeywell Aerospace Global Technical Operations. You will be responsible for supporting our organization's strategic objective to simplify our customer's technical support experience, improve internal processes to eliminate inefficiencies, and execute management operating systems to achieve our goals. You will be responsible for leading small project teams, developing and executing project plans, and influencing team members. You will have the opportunity to work with people from around the world since our team consists of over 350 people in 35 countries.


* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, industrial, mechanical, or aerospace engineering fields
* Must graduate after December 2020
* Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
* Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, due to program requirements


* MS Office proficient is a plus
* Ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and productivity
* Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
* Holds self and others fully accountable for achieving objectives even when requirements change or are difficult to perform
* Ability to multi-task and effective time management skills
* Ability to create specific action plans, prioritize time and resources effectively
* Interest in project management - cost, schedule, technical execution
* Proactively and clearly communicates important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need
* Strong leadership skills and ability to communication to multiple levels in the organization
* Prior internship experience with large corporation utilizing project management tools with demonstrated results is a plus
* Competency in Six Sigma tools
