Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

Create aviation electronics (avionics) engineering solutions for business growth. You will reduce avionics maintenance cost and increase Honeywell's repair capability by developing new avionics repair processes. You will identify areas to standardize repair and test procedures across sites for productivity improvements. You will also liaison between product design engineering, test design engineering, and the service centers to resolve issues with product modification, upgrades and repair of test equipment.

Challenge your creative talents to make engineering solutions that increase revenue and reduce cost for the avionics repair business.

YOU MUST HAVE: Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering

Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.

Interest in engineering design, development, and implementation of repair processes for fielded avionics products.

Ability to create specific action plans and prioritize resources effectively to resolve multiple simultaneous emergency situations requiring urgency.

Able to convey technical ideas and concepts through team discussions, presentations, and in writing.

Interest in project management, especially creating plans, identifying risks, identifying resources, and status reporting.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet expectations of internal and external customers.

Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-site, global teams.

Must be a US person (US citizen, US permanent resident or individual with protected status i.e. asylum/refugee) due to US export control laws and regulations.
