Commercial Excellence Analyst Fall Co-op

Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity

The Commercial Excellence Analyst will be responsible for assisting on critical deliverables such as bringing to life dashboards, spreadsheets and analytical tools. Works with end-users in business and customers to understand pain points, then collaborates with the Customer Experience Excellence Manager to create solutions. The ideal candidate will have a mix of commercial business acumen and problem solving skills combined with highly technical data governance and advanced analytic skills.

Position Responsibilities

Generate and send out surveys to gather feedback from our customers

Work with customers directly to gather feedback on their experience

Compile data from survey feedback and analyze results

Gather information from multiple systems to analyze Customer Experience from a process standpoint

Help build and maintain dashboard for all results

Key Responsibilities:

YOU MUST HAVE

* Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing technology

* Good interpersonal and teaming abilities
* Self-motivated and need to have an independent, analytical approach to work

* Ability to identify the risks & escalate as necessary
* Accountable for meeting schedule completion dates or for providing timely feedback when dates cannot be met
* Good oral and written communication skills
