As a Cloud Software Engineer with Honeywell, this is your opportunity to:

* Designing, developing, testing, releasing and operating web applications.
* Review functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues and participating actively in design discussions
* Collaborating with Customers and Product Marketing / Management teams to identify opportunities that can be exploited through great software features
* Working as a member of a design, build and test agile team continuously releasing new updates
* Mentoring people whether or not they are on your team

This position is eligible for the Student Loan Paydown Benefit

25 Requirements and design 50 Software architecture and coding 25 Ability to code in multiple languages~

YOU MUST HAVE

* 2+ years of progressive experience as a professional software engineer delivering world-class software products and services using object-oriented analysis, design and programming techniques.
* 1+ years of experience creating scalable, reliable and resilient web applications with JavaScript and JavaScript MV* frameworks, e.g., Angular, React
* 1+ years of experience creating and/or integrating RESTful Services and API's
* 2+ years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as JavaScript, Java or C#
* 1+ years of experience working as a member of an Agile team

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master's degree in a related field is an added plus.

* Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills (ability to identify, formulate, and solve engineering problems)
* Demonstrated understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
* JavaScript and Java and / or C# development experience
* Experience with RESTful Web Service Design
* Experience with Azure, AWS or other Cloud-based PaaS/SaaS environments
* Experience in user interface / UI and user experience design using JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS
* Experience with Test-Driven Development
* Experience with Agile software development frameworks and methodologies
* Experience with Big Data and real-time analytics
