Human Resources Manager Holstein Association USA, Inc., the world's largest dairy cattle breed organization, is a dynamic, innovative, and growing organization. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Brattleboro, Vermont location. The successful HR Manager will provide overall strategic HR leadership to the company, managing human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and retention, legal compliance, and benefit and compensation administration. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, with a minimum of five years experience in human resources management. A bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources Management is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
