The purpose of this position is to manage the enrollment to Secure Start for ostomy and continence care end-users.  This position will be responsible for overseeing and executing the set protocols for CRM data management to ensure every end-user receives an introductory kit within the promised delivery timeframe and subsequently receives a follow-up call.  This position will share responsibility of adhering to all nurse special requests on behalf of patients to ensure nurses continue to recommend Secure Start Services to their patients.  Additionally, this position will be responsible for identifying written patient consent upon enrollment.




Patient Enrollments – 90%

  • Build patient profile; add relevant marketing attributes and CRM relationships
  • Enroll and qualify Ostomy and Continence patient based on eligibility criteria
  • Comply with nurse special instructions on behalf of patients
  • Validate and record consumer signatures on incoming enrollment forms and literature pieces
  • Audit existing enrollments based on data integrity processes
  • Place orders for introductory kits or resamples per instructions on form
  • Maintain integrity of CRM database


Other – 10%

  • Maintain up to date product and program knowledge to ensure appropriate sample kit order entry
  • Participate in team huddles and other floor wide meetings
  • Maintain technical knowledge appropriate to the work required
  • Cross-train as necessary on other roles within Secure Start Services
  • Identify and share best practices across team




  • Communicating (Typing/Writing/Reading)
  • Ability to work greater than 40 hours if need arises
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.




Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma


  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 0-2
  • Advanced computer knowledge; Microsoft Office Suite/Lotus Notes/Data Base Management
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with emphasis on multi-tasking
  • Strong attention to detail

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:

Desirable but not required:

  • Associate/Bachelor’s Degree
  • Administrative experience within the health care industry, preferably Ostomy
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • CRM experience
