IT Testing and Quality Analyst

Description

HM Health Solutions Inc. seeks an IT Testing and Quality Analyst to work in Pittsburgh, PA, to plan, develop, analyze, and invoke critical software engineering processes by performing data analysis and identifying risks and key process issues.  Duties include: performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and identifying gaps; supporting software quality control activities by developing and maintaining workflow templates and other best practice activities; and developing reporting solutions that provide project teams with critical metrics for effectively measuring and managing test deliverables and processes.

  • Must have a high school diploma (or foreign equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience in a related position.
  • Must have four (4) years of experience creating and executing test scripts for regression, system, functional, and integration testing.
  • Must have two (2) years of experience with:
    • (i) database tools such as Toad or SQLDeveloper; and
    • (ii) test management tool such as ALM or TFS.
  • Must have any experience with:
    • (i) an Agile software environment;
    • (ii) automation testing;
    • (iii) the Software Development Lifecycle; and
    • (iv) performing device testing.
