Job Description

Position Overview:

This internship is responsible for helping to analyze the overall business by running and evaluating various in-depth reports. This position will support the COO in his/her day to day duties as well as with long-term projects. Additionally, special projects will be assigned as appropriate.

Commitment to Internal Control:

The incumbent must understand, abide and uphold the system of internal controls related to the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(List in order of time spent)

* Develop and maintain various reports/projects/presentations
* Examples: Residual Analysis, YESCO UNL Analysis, Management Meeting Presentations/Reports
* Data analytics, review and system input for various reporting
* Attend and participate in various departmental meetings
* Assist in vendor program agreement preparation and status tracking
* Assisting with projections - quarterly projections and budget projections, assessing credibility of projections, predicting problem areas based on tracking
* Preparing leadership meeting summaries
* Special Projects as directed
* Additional duties as directed by COO

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to learn the workings of leasing related programming and software
* Ability to work independently
* Strong communication/relationship skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

Education and Experience:

* 4 year degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Entrepreneurship in progress

Tools and Equipment Used:

* Personal computer, copier, fax, phone, and other typical office equipment

Working Hours:

* Hours may vary and will require some evening work; frequently requires working 40-45 hours/week depending on business needs
