We currently have openings for the following position:

  • Business Office Coordinator

Obtain insurance authorization for appointment scheduling, acquire and scan needed documentation into patient charts, schedule appointments, and verify insurance eligibility. Great opportunity for detail oriented professionals with experience in all aspects of dental insurance procedures and collections. Prior A/R and billing experience preferred. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and computer skills required. Must be flexible to work in both of our locations in Pittsfield and North Adams.
