Job Description

As Sales Assistant, you will be a key brand ambassador for this vision and the Highgate philosophy of care, communicating the many benefits of living here to potential residents and families. You will follow up on inquiries and tours, and work closely with our team to expedite all move-ins in a positive and reassuring manner.

* 21+ years of age

* Ability to make outside sales calls
* Sales and marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Presents persuasively and with conviction
* Cheerful, creative personality
* Effective problem-solving, organizational, time-management and computer skills
* Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, family members, community members, volunteers and team members
* Flexibility in working evenings, nights and weekends as needed - some overnight travel may be required
* Posses a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle
* Ability to drive Highgate vehicles and pass driving background check
* Current or obtain CPR & First Aid certification
* Current TB test
* Health screening & finger printing (California and Arizona only)
* Negative criminal record/background statement
* Must meet all criteria as required by state and local licensing agencies
