Hi-Crush Partners LP (HCLP), a publicly traded industrial sand company, is recruiting great candidates to staff openings for our PropStream division in Midland, Texas. Positions Available Come and join our winning team!

Logistics Coordinator Coordinates daily fleet of trucks to ensure sufficient inventory is provided utilizing truck fleet in most cost efficient way. Work with field operations to ensure that trucking vendors meet the service needs of the business. 3-5 years of experience in logistics and transportation is highly desirable.Ability to worknights and weekends to support 24/7 operation is required. PropStream Operators Unloads frac sand from specially designed containers into blender hoppers via an automated conveyor system. Requires 1-2 years of conveyor system operation or at least six months equipment operation experience in the oilfield services sector. 14 on/7 off schedule. PropStream Supervisors Monitors day-to-day frac site operations ensuring compliance with established safety and operational procedures; provides training and supervision to employees and vendors. Ensures on-time ordering and accurate delivery of proppant to the frac site according to customer specifications and contract requirements. Maintains accurate records of orders, inventory, and volumes/stages. Requires 7+ years experience, with a minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role, specifically in E&P frac site operations, inventory management and/or logistics.
