This R&D ASIC team develops state of the art, world class Networking VLSI components for the marketplace and our customers. We are looking for the top talent individuals that have the skills, desire, drive and ability to contribute at this level.

The successful candidate will be joining and working with the HP Networking ASIC development team on next generation product development. Responsibilities will focus on ASIC Verification which may include: architecture; digital design; pre-Silicon verification; Post-Silicon verification; Formal Verification; Script &/or Tool development and support; schedule breakdowns, document generation, and more.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent
0-2 years experience
Knowledge and Skills Needed:

Understanding/experience on design of integrated circuitry
Verilog and/or VHDL Design experience/ability (Class projects or prior Internship experience)
Experience or understanding of electrical design tools and software packages
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Results oriented and self motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
Ability to work within a team environment
Desire to Learn and Contribute
"How do I break this?" mindset

Knowledge and Skills Desired:

SW programming language knowledge/ability (C and/or C )
Strong Scripting language knowledge/ability (PERL, Python, TCL or equivalent)
Experience in Verification process/tools/lifecycle
