Job Description

The Intern will be working as part of the Personal System Software Cloud organization.

We are creating magic connecting HP devices to the cloud, capturing a ton of analytics and providing insights to our customers.

What will you be working on:

* Apache Spark
* Amazon Web Services
* Redshift


University students enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program who are working in a technical or non-technical internship role at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.

Education and Experience Required

* 3rd Year of University completed--typically a technical degree specialization.

Qualities that make great candidates:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters in a technical field - , Computer Science, or equivalent
* Passionate, pragmatic problem solver with the ability to independently pursue solutions to complex problems
* Demonstrated experience developing software using Python, Spark
* Experience with Big Data is a big plus
* Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear and concise way
* Demonstrated experience with data analysis, either on a personal, school, or research project, is a strong plus
