This position is for a Mechanical Engineering student who is enrolled in an undergraduate degree program to work within the Technical Marketing team in the Customer Assurance organization.

A Technical Marketing Engineer is responsible for providing a critical combination of current product support and issue resolution leadership for our customers who experience a complex issue with LaserJet products. Issues that are not resolved by HP's service and support organizations around the world get elevated to the Technical Marketing Engineering team, who then work with a variety of key resources within HP to understand root cause, develop a resolution plan, and communicate the solution.


* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 2 years completed

Knowledge and Skills:

* Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to find the root cause of complex system issues
* Desire to work directly with customers and partners
* Strong teamwork and contention management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
