Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. Act as Project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process working with Tower Lead PM. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Responsibilities:

* Manages multiple processes within a Tower.
* Works across regional management to drive testing in systems and processes via requirements and use case development using Agile methodology.
* Engages on a deep level with management, typically reporting to contacts at a Tower level and addressing their questions or concerns.
* Collects and documents test information at a Tower and process level.
* Familiar with Agile methodology and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool.
* Capable of collaborating with other Test Leads across all Towers.

Knowledge and Skills:

* Demonstrated knowledge of professional accounting and financial reporting systems.
* Strong communication skills.
* Solid financial and business acumen.
* Advanced knowledge Project Management tools.
* Agile methodology desirable.
