The Americas Personal Systems Services team has 3 primary responsibilities.

Define and manage the many service offerings (Care Packs, Factory Services, DaaS - Device as a Service, and custom services) that we offer in the market. This organization is responsible for managing the P&L for the Americas services portfolio. We define and manage how we will Go To Market (GTM) with the services offerings and train the various sales forces on the offering.
